I had the pleasure of photographing a special surfing clinic put on by the Encinitas Boardriders to help promote female surfing. Female veterans of the club gave introductory surfing lessons to young girls to expose them to the sport. In this case the veteran is Ella who surfs professionally in addition to surfing for the club.
