The image captures the energy of the pounding surf with the rhythm of the dark and light areas adding energy.
There is a feeling of depth as you move from the foreground stones to the kelp in the water and then back to the
seabirds and I liked the inclusion of the Zen rock stack on the beach. There is a loss of detail in some of the wave highlights.
