This high protein veggie burger is one I purchased frozen
from a quality vendor I discovered while anticipating
surgery. Wanted something healthy AND delicious.

Once defrosted the burgers cook, and stay together in just
A few minutes.
For this delicious quick meal I started with a little water
and Low-Sofium V8 Juice in a large iron skillet set on high to
Medium High Heat.
Added Onions, Mushrooms, Chopped Cabbage,
Sliced Zucchini; then after about 5-7 minutes added cherry tomatoes and
a handful of frozen stir-fry vegetables. The heat temp may vary depending
On your stove.
Seasoned with Garlic, Basil, Celery Seed,
and Thyme.
Added the frozen burger last and cooked on both sides
As instructed (about 2 minutes per side).
The burger could be dressed and made into a sandwich.
Delicious!
Note: haven’t had the surgery yet. Hopeful!
