Yellowstone is always good...though the mountain roads can be slick...so, you are not in a hurry to anywhere, take your time. (Oddly, I've been to Yellowstone 4 times, maybe 20 days in all, never saw any rain, (except at night, on my tent), though I did see plenty of snow in mid-September twice....kinda rain....lol Enjoy...Traveller
