Ruins of Tulum....

Part of my Archives series of Mexico captured almost
20 years ago. I was able to make a few improvements
with the new editing software that is now available.

"Tulum has some of Yucatan’s best-preserved and most remarkable
Ancient Mayan ruins. They’re believed by archaeologists to have
been incredibly important to the Mayan people, who built a series
of white-stone causeways within the city (the largest of its kind)."

Really a fabulous image of this iconic Mayan site. It really looks great in B&W too. The D70 was my first digital camera which I also bought in 2004. I love your presentation here too. ~BV~

what an immersive, highly engaging image...the conversion brings out the tones and textures of the site...not sure about Coba though, as it appears to be Tulum...super work nevertheless...V

Superb shot, particularly effective in black and white, with a sense of the timelessness of this site. I find the Mayan and Aztec cultures fascinating. VV
