Every Wednesday, during the summer, there's a big party in downtown Boulder, called "Bands on the Bricks". Lots of loud music, drinking, dancing, drinking, and some more drinking. This dog was clearly embarrassed to be seen with his companion (we don't call them 'owners' in Boulder).
