Not a bad portrait but I think there's too much fill-flash (though I can't see the EXIF data). Too much
flash means the face is rendered two-dimensional. Typically on-camera flash is too bright so you need
to reduce its output by at least 1/3 f-stop, maybe 2/3 of an f-stop.
