I was hungry today so I went shopping in the freezer and found some chicken thighs. I prefer them over chicken breasts which strike me as the skim milk of chicken parts. Anyway, I got busy and whipped up a great chicken stew. I use a lot of dried herbs for my stews. I have them memorized: parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. Actually, that combination seems to work well in many things.
