Here is one more image from Founders Grove. In their trail guide, we at first didn't notice that at sign #2 it refers to an Albino redwood growing on a burl about 120 feet up. Instead of normal green needles, it has white needles and cannot produce chlorophyl. It gets its nutrients by by sinking its roots into its host tree!
