I don't know if the above description fits exactly. I don't think so... The one above seems to be more red than pink. Plus it doesn't have a ruffled edge. Another mislabeled bulb??? I think so.

Nevertheless, in real life, the above plant is still one of the prettier Amaryllis varieties. I'm glad I have it. The negative is that it grows very tall. However, the blossoms are quite large, making this a balanced plant. Whatever its true identity, I really like it.
