This image is not taken from a new set of data, but is a reprocessed closeup from my image of the Horsehead Nebula area from January, 2018.This image concentrates on the dust cloud shaped like the head of a horse, catalogued as Barnard 33, in front of the glowing red star forming region cataloged as IC434, which is part of the much larger Orion Molecular Cloud. The reflection nebula NGC 2023 is also visible below the horse head.
All image processing was performed in PixInsight, utilizing Russell Croman's BlurXTerminator and NoiseXTerminator tools.
