19 Micro Slider

There are times I am just weird and here is another perfect example. Taking pretzel bites and creating a avocado Turkey mini bite sandwich. Sheesh! It was fun playing and tasted great. Now how can I include lettuce and tomato and mayo to this little guy.

I had 6 of them for lunch. You spritz them with water sprinkle with salt and toss in the toaster oven of about 4 minutes, cut and half then insert options. I like Jim’s suggestion of 1/2 grape tomato. My wife Paula said I should have put a toothpick in them and then they are officially horderves. FYI, there is some obscure science that I don’t understand but anything with avocados creates negative calories. Who Knew! Paul

Fun idea. How many of them do you think will make a meal? I'm now considering of doing something similar with donut holes. Dave
