Fry minced (ground) beef until browned, then add chopped onions and a crushed clove of garlic. Fry this for a few more minutes,
then sprinkle over a Tbs plain flour, mixing well. Add enough stock to make a nice sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or so, until
well cooked. Season well. Meanwhile, put penne pasta on to cook in plenty of salted boiling water, adding chopped broccoli for
the last 4 - 5 minutes. Drain well and add to the mince, stirring well. Tip this into a casserole dish, sprinkle with grated
cheddar cheese and bake for 25 minutes, until bubbling hot.
