This is a heavy crop but the R6 MK2 did a great job of tracking it in flight. I will try the 500mm lens next time. Photographed recently.

If you look at the eBird species map you will see some owls are around places such as Renfrew and other areas, etc.

I am not at liberty to say where the location of this owl is. It is a privilege to see and I did not find the bird. I'm good at keeping locations quiet when it needs to be kept quiet.
