Arrhenia obscurata

Olympic National Forest, Washington

A seldom-photographed inconspicuous moss-lover with drab brown colors, a striate margin, a stalk colored like the cap and somewhat decurrent gills that sometimes fork. Caps less than one inch across. It is photographed with a companion bird's nest fungi that is likely Nidula candida.
