Spring is on hold. A nor'easter has dumped 2.5 feet of snow in the past 24 hours.
The power has been out since 8AM, hence the milk carton on the front steps.
After moving snow all day and shoveling off the roof, my last official act of the day was to clear a path to the bird feeder visible right rear.
In the process I disturbed a pair of Mourning Doves that were roosting under the front steps.
