Three of Justin's grandparents had worked with PAL. His paternal grandpa was AVP Mindanao - Sales & Mktg.(the highest ranking Mindanao-based position)
His maternal grandfather was a BAC 1-11 Captain and "Lita" his wife was a international flight attendant.
