this is an old style barbershop, offering many traditional services...this customer got a trim, then a full shave complete with lather, hot towel, and then a straight razor...the process seemed almost a ritual

Nice shot. One really has to trust one's barber to allow a shave with a straight razor. I respect barbers but I have somewhat of a history with them going back to my very early days. Probably why I had long hair for many years and preferred not to shave at all! :-)

Yea gads, I'd never let anyone give me a shave - barbers who do wet shaves are common now in Cheltenham, but just no!!
