For years I have been thinking about these delicious Hungarian potato dumplings that my Hungarian grandmother used to make and recently came across a recipe for them.
I do recall that she stuffed some with grape jelly, and that those were my favorites. I tried to do that but couldn't figure out how to enclosed the jelly without make a big mess.
They were still delicious sauteed in very buttery breadcrumbs. Can provide the recipe if you'd like it.
