Shrimp and grits is a traditional dish in the Low country of coastal South Carolina.
I'd only had grits once in my life back in my stewardess days when I had a layover in the south.
So I had to try this and it was actually quite good!

A southern favorite for so many including myself. Your capture makes this dish really look good and what a terrific way to use grits besides being a breakfast side dish with country ham and eggs. V
