On 6th February 2022, Queen Elizabeth II celebrated 70 years on the throne, and the whole country took
part in further celebrations in June 2022. One of the events to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee was the
lighting of beacons throughout the length and breadth of the country, one of which was lit in Shippon,
Oxfordshire.
