a different type of what I think is a fir - very different cones, and difficult to figure out exactly what is going on!

Okay after some research I figured this is the top of a very tall noble fir with old pollen cones (turned reddish brown) as well as the tall standing large cones. New foliage is the lighter green color.

like a natural candleabra.... a fir for sure with the upright cones...think the colour variations are due to the stage of development, with brown the mature ones..
