Season boneless pork chops and fry until golden brown on both sides. Top each chop with slices
of mozarella and bake in a 190°C oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Top with
basil leaves and halved cherry tomatoes, and serve with sautéed potatoes and a green vegetable.
