Rescue me

Did a story on the local dog rescue's new kennels today.
This is Finn, a beautiful sheepdog cross and escape artist.
The rescue does wonderful work with dogs that have taken in by the local pound and others surrendered by their owners.

My son and family have just rescued a poor starving 11 week old who after 3 weeks is thriving and loving her new family.

He is really beautiful! How an folk reject/leave/abandon any animal? That is except those poor animals whose owner is unable to care for them or who has sadly passed away.
