So...what you don't want first thing in the morning during late fall is to descend into
the dark bowels of the basement and see a seething red demon eye glowing up balefully from the depths
coming from the direction of the boiler.
Specifically, from the boiler.

Thankfully, caught it in the morning, on a weekday, and the weather was back up in the 50's.
