On one of his recent trips for the State Department (from which he "retired" last December), Tim had meetings in Brussels and Vicenza, then went to Venice the night before he was flying back home. Usually, I have to beg him to take pictures on these trips, but he had no meetings in Venice and went crazy snapping shots, so much so that I think they deserve a gallery of their own. I haven't been to Venice in many years, nor had he, although he did go to graduate school in Bologna, so it was nice to see the city again through his images. He said he had forgotten how beautiful the city was.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.
