Indian Grass (Sorghastrum nutans)

Reveler Conservation Area

For the "Colourful October" challenge.

This grass is native to southern Ontario and is quite spectacular. It forms large clumps which grow to 6 feet or more, and in late summer/autumn the stem colour intensifies.
