I have been trying to get control of my diet with the hope of losing a few pounds. In the past I have been successful with a low carbohydrate diet so I am going to try that again. When I get into this mode I find myself reading a lot of nutrition labels. Anyway, Spam meets the requirements. So I fried some up for lunch today. It is tasty and I like it. No plans to dine on it exclusively, for sure.
