On the Fox River.

BOY do I miss my RX10m3 right now.

An egret came flying in just as I was finishing my brunch and landed right on the edge of the river.
It wasn't at all in a hurry to leave, either, even though they were doing cleanup along the riverwalk with leafblowers.

If I'd had my RX10m3, he was so close I would have been able to get definition out of the feathers around his eyes.
Instead, this is sorta "meh" in focus.
And that's about all I can say about it.

The RX1 is a jewel, but with shots like this it's like trying to hammer a nail in with a piece of toast.
Or something like that.
