woes

False Creek

resourceful, and environmentally conscious, this fellow has fashioned a solar powered boat...however, it had problems and needed repairs...to add to his woes, the sun was setting, eliminating his power source, before he could finish the job

Hope he had a paddle. V

I agree with the others. He needs to bring a paddle for emergencies.

Loosing light and sorting wires, could be a long night. Nice juxtaposition with the standard watercraft in the background.

I hope he brought a paddle, neat shot in the fading light.

The light works nicely here - too bad the boat doesn't :( Hopefully he's got a paddle tucked away. V

A very beautiful scene captured so perfectly!

Looks like he is praying for the sun to come back out.

Great idea, but tough break. Maybe an old fashioned wind powered approach would be better in this case- it's certainly time tested.

Such an interesting silhouette in this evening capture. I admire his efforts, but seems like solar boats as well as cars have a ways to go before they're widely used.

Excellent composition, nice silhouettes and light. V

A solar powered boat in the PNW seems a reach but he gets credit for trying. Nice sense of scale ~VV~

An ingenious craft but with challenges. I like the low light to go with the subject. Very well done. V
