PSP - cropped city image, added statue, then applied PSP "slumber" special effect at 50%. PSP frame.

It was Lizz, Bari. Sorry I forgot to sign. Took me some time, but I did find that special effects, thanks for the pointer! A lot of those effects are in the Pic-to-Painting I often use, but more versatile. Lizz

To whomever wrote below about PSP, I misquoted. Slumber is one of the "Instant Effects" not special effect. It is in both 2021 and 2023.

inspired. That's a perfect place to put a large artwork. ...colorful and contemporary city, quite pretty with your effects. I have PSP but I've never seen that special effect (I have version 23).
