A straight forward shot of a religious event. As a photographer, it is your job to control the situation to get the best result.
In this image, the feet of most of the participants have been cut off. Also, of the 7 people, only 4 are looking at the camera.
As for exposure, this is a really tricky situation; white outfits and black suits. It looks like flash has been used. This has resulted in the
celebrant's cloak being overexposed. If you have a RAW file, you should be able to adjust the brightness of the whites and blacks to get a better image.
