from the Robert Street bridge above the railroad tracks over the Mississippi.

Lucky you got to see it from up there. There is a tall lift bridge for the railroad crossing to Galveston Island and I would love to check it out up close and personal. V

Excellent B&W capture of the bridge and river. I'm sure I said this before, but I find it amazing that the Mississippi not only flows through Minnesota but actually starts there!
