I'm not really passed out, but this just illustrates how laid back the Germans are about security at the place. I'm laying down like a bum just feet from the main guard station. My brother and I were in Berlin walking down the street to cross a bridge when we spotted the building. We hadn't even realized what it was until we read "Bundeskanzleramt" on the wall in front of it.
