Watch Out For the Sheep!!!

When we picked up our rental car in Iceland that was one of our instructions.
We had the nicest young woman who showed us how to get our phone working with the car’s GPS system.
She went through all the rules of the road and did tell us we would be responsible for damages if we hit any sheep.
Well we didn’t hit this mama and babies but we did have a close call with another mama and her two babies that ran right out in front of us as we were driving at 55mph.

Sheep are trouble! It's a struggle to bring them into the world, from then on it's a struggle to stop them killing themselves in ever more bizarre ways!

so there is more than volcanos to worry about in Iceland...just as well to slow down and enjoy the scenery rather than unwittingly knock off the locals..

Nice sheep portrait looks like the rule the road drivers beware something like Yellowstone with the Bison.
You did good driving got back safe and no car damage.
Hope this finds you feeling better.

You have to watch for the little ones that take it on the lamb, like Mutton Jeff seen here.

A near miss is part of an adventure. A hit ruins the days.
