Today was taken as an annual leave day so that I could do my rounds of medical practitioners in the city for some routine maintenance and/or check-ups.
Since it was the first time I had been in the CBD for a while, I took the Olympus in along with, amongst others, the fisheye lens.
So there I was, taking a burst of shots of the morning sunrise hitting the buildings on George Street when I realised that something had obscured the start of the shots. I played it back and... I had been photobombed by a nest-building bird.
(Or so I assume, given the branch that it had in its beak...)
You could try for a shot like this for a decade, but if it's going to happen it'll probably just drop straight into your lap.
