Dust-up

Five adult Canada Geese hanging idly at the pond this morning when a squabble broke out between these two.
Not sure what it was all about but after much fluttering they seemed to work it out.

Canada Geese are definitely on the list of birds who are jerks.

Fantastic with that exact water movement, and one can feel the angst of the two geese.

I love how you caught the water still splashing from his past steps and the perfect neck position showing he means business.

Ha, what a catch. Like two brothers pushing each other's buttons...the one running away just pushed a little hard.

The one behind is probably defending his territory....an impressive action shot under wonderful warm light...V

What a great action shot! The one in pursuit looks pretty upset.

an electric moment well captured...the tones are scrumptious...they are territorial, and then one thinks of the John Lee Hooker song 'Leave My Wife Alone'..
