Something For Sue

This is the garden behind Sue's house and the view from her kitchen window.
Last fall I planted my wheelbarrow gardens with tulips and daffodils.
then parked them in our side yard over the winter.
Then when they got close to bloom time I moved them
over to her yard so she could enjoy them too.
Planted the extra bulbs in pots and also took them over.
Later this gets followed by peonies then daylilies.
The wheelbarrows will get planted over with petunias
Sue is going to turn 93 in a few months.
She is pretty much house bound and Covid did not help.
Most of her friends she used to get out with
have passed or are housebound too.
I try to make the view from her kitchen window nice
as possible because that's just what you do for Mom's.
Happy Mothers Day Sue!

(Hug your Mom today or any Mom. If you have to borrow a Mom to hug, then give her right back!)

Beautiful color spot! Nice composition, like the blooms leading to the structure behind them. Such a sweet thought to move them so Sue can enjoy them, such happy looking blooms! F
