The plan was to have Della look at the baby chick that was sitting on my granddaughter’s head.
You see that baby chick was my mother’s toy from when she was a child.
Seeing she is no longer with us I thought it would be nice to have something that belonged to mom in an Easter gathering photo.
She always loved Easter.
Of course with kids and animals things don’t always go according to plan.
Della couldn’t figure out what her job was and I guess I didn’t do a good job of explaining it.
The photo session ended up in laughter.
It was so nice seeing almost all my grandkids yesterday for Easter.
