Maintenance— daily I steam a bunch of “Greens,” medicine for my body’s vessels. Sliced sweet or white potato makes them most pleasing to my palate.
I’ve had two doctors, (Cardiologist & Primary Care) puzzle over how my vessels are looking cleaner on diagnostic tests; and asked me what I’m doing. Following the research of Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, I’m eating from a list of “Greens” that boost Nitrite Oxide in the body which literally cleans blood vessels. (Book: How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease) The most noticeable result in my experience is my hearing is improving —Esselstyn says the carotid arteries can see a reversal of disease, too. I’ve been able to turn the TV volume down by half.
