Pitchford Ranch Barn

Years ago, in the days of my youth, I drove a school bus past this barn, which was then on a ranch owned by my father's employer. My brother-in-law also worked for him, sometimes on his ranch. Since then, the property has been subdivided and even a huge computer chip factory was built on the property, Now the barn, which housed some horses, sits empty and forelorn.

Lovely composition and light, Vern. Unusual shape for a barn that is nice to see.

With a little restoration it would make a nice event venue

That's a really unique barn. I wish I knew the reasoning behind the round design.

Quite a neat old place with so many memories. Doesn't look in great shape, but at least it's still there! :)

It obviously was a very nice looking barn at one time!

It is a little sad to see such a magnificent structure falling into decay. V
