Seafood shops in Chinatown always feature fresh catches.
Many stores have tanks of live swimming seafood such as rock cod, shrimp, crabs and lobsters for sale.
Chinese are particularly choosy when it comes to their seafood.
Mackerel BBQed in the Japanese style or Saba is delicious.

Nice in monochrome to remove the distracting background colours. Actually interesting to compare seafood pricing between Australia and Canada, prawns cheap, oysters expensive. V!
