In this view I have removed the door seal clips, cut the rubber seal at the top where it goes into a retainer and folded it back out of the way, securing it in place with masking tape. At this point I have tapped out the rivet cores and am ready to drill them out. This is a snap.

I removed the door from the airplane and took it to a table covered with a blanket to do the next part.
