Ukiyo-e

We visited the Tokyo antiques fair yesterday and bought some original woodblock prints.
This one dates from 1908 and is a picture of the famous Asakusa temple.
It needs some attention to smooth-out the creases but it should look lovely when framed.

I’m sure you’ll enjoy it and will be happy for the purchase. We bought a woodblock print by Hiroshige (Zojoji Temple) while living in Tokyo and still love it all these years later.
