Good capture of the Osprey. Good choice of format. The composition , exposure, and bird details are good. There are some highlights in the white feathers.
These could be toned down in Camera Raw / Bridge by using the highlights, whites and contrast sliders. You could also try the Auto Contrast in Photoshop.
A nice way to make the eye pop in Photoshop is to use the sponge tool. Having said all of that, make sure that you have a gentle hand in end processing.
