Beautiful capture of the dragonfly. The insect is very sharp from top to tail. Well done. The yellow is very strong and nearly overpowers the insect.
I suggest that you crop from the bottom to get rid of the rippled reflection in the water. This will place greater focus on the insect.
The image has a good noise free background so should be able to handle extra cropping. Details in flower, cobweb and insect are good.
