Interesting building, a place to meet pals.
Is smoking still allowed inside these days?
Completely forbidden in the UK and France in all pubs, restaurants, cafés etc.

Looks nice on the outside, but the idea of "deep cigarette smoke" would keep me away from inside: no matter how great the food and ambiance.
