An simple dish to use up some leftover ham. Put pasta on to boil in salted water – I used shells, conchiglie, for this dish.
Cut cooked ham into small bite-sized pieces and place in a casserole dish. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves and add to the ham.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and mix in with the ham and tomatoes. Make a cheese sauce (there are umpteen recipes on the
internet!) and pour over the ham, tomatoes and pasta. Sprinkle over some grated cheddar and bake in a 190°C oven for about
30 minutes, until bubbling and browned. Serve with salad.
