RECIPE
A Multicolored Soup

2-3 C Water
Cup Chickpeas
Diced tomatoes
Heaping Handful Raw Spinach
3 Chopped Mushrooms
Handful frozen vegs
Garlic, Basil, Parsley, Salt & Pepper
Cook 10 minutes
While boiling add Rice Noodles and cook according to directions (about 5 minutes)
Turn off burner and add a couple TBSP of “Potato Pearls”
(The product called “Potato Pearls” is a bit of a culinary miracle.)
Let stand 3 minutes
Stir and enjoy!
