My Love is Like a Red, Red Rose (poem)

A Red, Red Rose

O my Luve is like a red, red rose
   That’s newly sprung in June;
O my Luve is like the melody
   That’s sweetly played in tune.

Note: This morning when I walked into the living room
There was this bit of light coming through the
Window blinds. I stopped what I was doing and
Snapped a picture. The Rose did bloom in June.
The framed picture is a composition from last summer.
